Unpaid IRCEC 2024

08 September 2025 Legal
Viewed 21 times

At the start of this week, IRCEC, the compulsory supplementary pension scheme for artists, sent out the latest reminder mailing concerning RAAP and/or RACL 2024 contributions outstanding to date. As a reminder, these compulsory contributions and their payment by members ensure the validation of retirement rights and guarantee a supplementary retirement pension.
Starting next week, a postal letter will be sent to artists who have not contacted IRCEC within seven days of the mailing. This letter will be a "last notice before legal action", which means that in the absence of payment or any other indication from the member within one month, the file will be passed on to a Justice Commissioner, who will proceed with collection. From mid-October onwards, bailiff's fees will be charged to the member.
A payment schedule may still be available.
Artists wishing to contact IRCEC can do so via the contact form or their member area (faster and more secure).
Telephone appointments are also available in the member area.
Individual meetings can also be arranged without appointment for artists and authors who come to the IRCEC reception desk on rue de la Victoire (Paris 9th) between 9.45am and 4.30pm.
